This polishing system will be a game changer to adding that shine to your epoxy blanks!!
Polishing compounds for embedded object resin blanks, other resin based blanks, and CA or Craft Coat finishes too.
Magic Juice is available in 10ml Sample sets, and 1oz sets
The sample size will polish anywhere between 30-50 blanks, and the 1oz. bottles will polish will shine up between 90-150 depending on how much you use.
How to use:
Wet sanding up to 2000 grit sandpaper is recommended, however stopping at 800 grit is acceptable. Using the MJ, start with #35 and work down the numbers, with #3 being last. A small pencil eraser sized bit is all that is needed for each bottle. Polish the sanded pen blank with mild pressure for 20-60 seconds for each bottle. You will feel a change of mild grit to a smoother feel while polishing. That smoother feel is your indication to move to the next bottle. For best results, clean the blank of excess MJ Polish before proceeding to the next bottle.
MJ is best used as a polishing compound for CA (Cyanoacrylate), CC (Craft Coat), or other similar finished projects. For best results of hybrid and worthless wood blanks, a sealing finish of CC, CA, or similar are needed. MJ is not recommended for raw unfinished woods or friction polish finishes. Magic Juice is water based; do not allow it to freeze.
